Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be fulfilled.

Order Fulfillment

In addition to our own products that we ship directly, we work with a curated network of suppliers through Shopify Collective. Each item in your order may ship directly from a different partner. As a result:

Processing times vary by supplier. Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
You may receive separate shipments if your order includes items from different suppliers.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. Very rarely can we change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages or orders delivered to the incorrect address.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, typical transit times are:

Standard shipping (domestic): 3–7 business days
Total estimated delivery window: 4–12 business days from the date of purchase

International shipments may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on the supplier’s location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Holiday Shipping

Please note that between November 25th and December 25th there will likely be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to increased mail traffic. Please plan accordingly. 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States, including U.S. territories, as well as select international destinations.

International shipping availability is subject to change based on carrier restrictions, customs requirements, or tariff-related limitations. If we are unable to fulfill an international shipment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 (after discounts, before tax).
For orders under $200 or for international shipments, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on supplier policies, item weight, and delivery destination.

Please note that duties, VAT, customs, or import taxes for international orders are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. All international orders could be subject to these charges, and the customer is responsible in cases where a country withholds items due to unpaid entry fees.

Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as each item ships. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first for the email you used to place the order. If you can't find the email, contact us at support@highvoltageindustries.com.

Carrier Liability and Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally
  • Delays caused by the carrier, including rerouting, customs holds, or weather-related issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors and contacting the carrier directly to open a claim. While we’re happy to assist, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
