Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (3-5 days during sales and product launches). Orders placed late Thursday evening and Friday are typically shipped out the following Monday.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages or orders delivered to the wrong address.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note that between November 25th and December 25th there will be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to mail traffic. Please plan accordingly. 

PRODUCT LAUNCHES & SALES

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Customer service emails should be answered within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Although we do our best to ship all orders properly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs charges may apply. 

Customs and import taxes on international orders

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All international orders could be subject to these charges, and the customer is responsible in cases where a country withholds items due to unpaid entry fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

High Voltage Industries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. If something does go wrong with your carrier, we will offer our best advice on how to work with your shipping carrier, but it is the customers' responsibility to recover their lost or stolen items.
