returns and exchange

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of order delivery as long as the items are unworn and unwashed. Before sending in your return or exchange, you must receive a return authorization from HVI’s customer service team. All Selby and clearance products are final sale (no returns or exchanges)

Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@highvoltageindustries.com with the following information to receive a Return Authorization Email (RAE):

  • Name on order
  • Email on order
  • Date order was placed
  • Order #
  • Items requesting to return or exchange
  • Reason for return or exchange

Once you have received an RAE from us, you can select the shipping company of your choice to ship your exchange/return back to us.

Returns/Exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving the RAE from our customer service team.

Send us a photo of the product with the packing slip and our team will assist you with the process. At the end of the day, we stand by our products and we’ll make it right for you.

Yes, you can exchange for a different size within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unwashed and unworn. This is subject to availability as well, but we’ll work with you to find a product that in your size. Each apparel product has a size chart on the product page. From the product page, just click on the “sizing” drop down to view the size chart. Or you can see sizing information right under the product price.

Definitely. We’re rolling out a new system where if a product is out of stock you can ask to be notified when it’s back in stock. Just go to the product page for the out of stock product and click “notify me” to get the latest updates on it. You can also subscribe to our mailing list to get the latest updates for any promotions, new products and restocked items. You get 10% off your first order when you subscribe.

It sucks when that happens. Sometimes a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off so you may just need to wait a day or two. We’ve also heard from lots of customers on this and 99% of the time, the carrier accidentally delivers it to a neighbor. So you'll want to ask around in case someone else received it. Unfortunately, once it leaves our hands we don’t have control over the package, but if after 4-5 days you still haven’t found your order, contact us at support@highvoltageindustries.com and we’ll see if we can help.

Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. If something does go wrong with the carrier, we’ll offer our best advice on how to work with them but it’s the customers' responsibility to recover their lost or stolen items. We don't offer express shipping at this time, but we do offer standard shipping with varying processing times depending on any promotions we have going on

Yes we ship products internationally. The shipping can take 3-4 weeks because of customs issues or the postal service. Although we do our best to ship all orders quickly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs charges may apply.
