1.   What types of custom swag can we order?

Premium short and long-sleeve button ups, polos, and our performance hoodie. Pattern, labels, buttons, all custom to your brand. Same retail quality our customers already buy and wear off the clock. We also do custom design work on FR shirts, reach out if that's something you need.

2.   What's your minimum order?

150 pieces. It may sound like a lot at first, but it covers more than just your group today. There's room for new people joining over time, plus extras for giveaways to partners and clients. And if your group is bigger than that, we handle larger runs too. If 150 doesn't work for you, reach out anyway. We've got options.

3.   How long does it take?

Design draft: 2–3 weeks
Sample: 2–3 weeks
Production: 4–6 weeks
Shipping: ~1 week

Total: 10–14 weeks from design call to delivery.

5.   Can we create completely custom designs (not just add our logo)?

That's exactly what we do. We build every design from scratch for your brand, your colors, your patterns, your story. That includes a custom neck label, pocket label, placket label, and engraved buttons. Every inch of the shirt is built around what's yours.

6.   How do we ensure quality (especially with bulk orders)?

These shirts are already trusted by the trade. We've sold over 20,000 to this industry, and our customer reviews show how much they love the quality. Your team already wears this cut and fabric. You approve the sample we make you, and we run the bulk order to that spec: same fit, same feel, same quality that thousands already wear.

7. I can't meet your minimum order quantity. Do you have any other options available?

We totally get it, custom isn't for everyone right now. Reach out anyway. We have options, including bulk pricing on in-stock pieces. If that's still a stretch, many teams simply order what they need and add their own embroidery (logo or Local #) for a custom look without the full custom run. Whatever your situation, we'll figure it out together.

8. Are these FR/arc-rated or PPE?

No. The custom designs shown here are off-the-clock gear, not FR or arc-rated. Don't use them as protective equipment. But we also do custom design work on FR shirts, reach out if that's something you need.

9. I don't know a thing about designing shirts. How much design experience do I need?

None. We've got you covered. We run point from design to delivery. We'll walk you through designs we've built for other companies, learn what makes your company unique, and build something completely yours from there. No design experience needed. You review and approve, we handle the rest.
