Pretty much every guy in this trade has a stack of flannels. You’ve got the old favorite, the nicer one, the one that’s probably been washed 200 times and the three others that somehow never get worn.
There are a million flannels out there. But none of them were made specifically for us.
So we decided to change that.
Introducing our new Copper Line.
This is our first flannel and the first one built specifically for the high voltage trade. Not a generic flannel with our logo slapped on it. We started from scratch and spent two years getting it right.
The goal was simple: replace your favorite flannel.
That meant testing fabrics, fits, patterns, colors and features. Making samples. Changing them. Making more samples. Getting feedback from guys in the trade. Then changing things again.
Because if it’s going to beat the one you’ve already washed 200 times, it better be damn good.
The fabric is a soft, breathable bamboo blend with some stretch to it. The kind you can throw on for dinner, drinks, the game, around the fire, or pretty much anywhere you already wear a flannel. Without the sandpaper feel some flannels have.
We swapped the regular buttons for snaps and put custom HVI bolt snaps on the sleeves. Hidden buttons under the collar to keep it stiff.
Roll up the cuffs and you’ll find a high voltage pattern inside. There’s more hidden around the neck and under the pockets. And across the neck label is our Copper Line, a detail you’ll see on every HVI flannel.
Most people won’t notice any of that.
But the guy in the trade standing next to you will. And then you’ll spend the next five minutes showing him everything we hid in it.
This is the first one. More colors and patterns are already coming.
You probably don’t need another flannel.
But your favorite could use some competition.
Fits true to size. It's a slightly relaxed fit.

Yes we ship products internationally. The shipping can take 3-4 weeks because of customs issues or the postal service. Although we do our best to ship all orders quickly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost. Customs charges may apply.
